The mission of California Crossfire is to maximize the potential of each girl through hard work and dedication, enabling the players to work for and achieve their goals. The Crossfire philosophy is to develop skills, confidence, and self-esteem; to strive for improvement each time the player steps on the field. The desire to win a championship is there but the stress is not. The success rate of Crossfire girls making the varsity teams of their high schools is 80-85%.
For many of our older girls, travel ball is a way for them to progress to the next level and become more prepared for college level play. Following the Crossfire program allows coaches to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each player, and help each to become an all-around better player, eventually giving them possible scholarship opportunities.
