 Coaching History JV, Varsity, and Travel Ball
 1992 - Started coaching Girls' Softball for the Lafayette Moraga
            Youth Association (LMYA)
            Continued coaching for LMYA: T-Ball, Boys' Baseball, and
            Girls' Softball simultaneously. He successfully took the local
            Girls' Softball league team to 1st Place three
            times and 2nd Place one time

 1996 - Co-Coached Lafayette Lasers travel team

 1997 - Recognizing a need to build a high school softball
             feeder program in the local Contra Costa area, Bill
            started his first California Crossfire 14-U team.

 1997 - JV Girls' Softball, Miramonte High School - 3 yrs
            Ran the JV program as a feeder to the Varsity
            Went to NCS in '96, '97, '98

 1999 - 2005 Campolindo High School
            JV Girls' Softball - 3 yrs.
            Assistant Varsity Coach Girls' Softball - 1 year
            Varsity Girls' Softball - 1 year
            Went to NCS in '99, '00, '01, '02, '03, '04

 2005 - California Crossfire became a Non-Profit Organization

 2006 - 2007 Las Lomas Varsity - 2 years

 1997 - Present: Has conducted pitching, hitting, and fielding clinics
            and private lessons
 

Crossfire teams of all age levels have excelled and won 1st and 2nd Place trophies many times over the years. They have qualified for Regional and National Championship tournaments, and are recognized as a formidable competitor.
